My Idols: Angelina Jolie

This is the first in a series of articles called "My Idols."  As the Publisher of PopStar.com, I have an obvious interest in celebrities and their professional lives.  There are many that I look up to and admire, all for different reasons, whether it be the incredible movies they have helped to bring to life or the contributions they have made outside of the entertainment world.

Too often, people think that celebrities are shallow and open targets for abuse; they are often the victims of undeserved gossip and controversy; their lives are dissected, rumors are spread like viruses, often with reckless abandonment for the truth.  I take my job here at PopStar.com very seriously; when I first started this website, I had a clear vision that it would not be like other celebrity websites.  Here we put the word "celebration" back into the word "celebrity" and this series is the next logical step in that process.

Shia Enters DUI Club

The once tame Shia LaBeouf seems to be getting into alot of trouble with the law lately.  Last year the star was busted for trespassing at a Walgreen's, this year he was busted multiple times for illegally smoking cigarettes in smoke free zones and as of early this morning he was busted for driving under the influence.  Congratulations Shia you can now be put into the same category as Paris, Nicole, Lindsey and the other Hollywood trainwrecks.
